Harry Reid laments the fact the tourists who enter the U.S. Capitol sometimes smell. Yes, I’m sure a bunch of sweaty tourists walking around Washington, D.C. on hot summer days might be a little odorous. But that’s nothing compared to the stench of the rotgut things the U.S. Congress does with our money underneath the rotunda.
