Excuse me?
Don’t get me wrong. I love oil. I’d drink the stuff, except it would probably make me quite ill. But perhaps there will come a day when the free market will come up with an alternative. I don’t want to stop using oil in the name of “global warming,” but perhaps our technology will one day lead us to a better, cheaper type of energy. I’m certainly open to the idea. But I’m not open to the idea of sending the Saudis one dime of our money if we do someday stop buying their product.
