Michelle Malkin has an update on Sally Jacobsen, the Northern Kentucky University women’s studies professor who encouraged her students to trash a pro-life display of crosses erected in memory of abortion victims. It turns out that a state lawmaker wants her fired from the university.

Let’s not do that. Let Jacobsen keep her position. Encourage her to do more of the same. Give her ample media coverage. She is far more valuable to the pro-life movement where she is, because her intolerance toward those who hold a different opinion and her willingness to destroy the property of others instead of engaging in meaningful debate expose abortion rights advocates for what they are.

Indeed, Sally Jacobsen is as valuable to the pro-life movement as Cindy Sheehan is to Bush supporters. Let Sally Jacobsen keep her job.
